PNUTBALL.TXT A-3 PEANUT BUTTER BALLS 1 stick margarine, softened 3/4 bar parafin wax 1 box confedtioners sugar 2 6oz packages semi-sweet chocolate 1 1/2 cups crunchy peanut or butterscotch morsels butter (or substitute dipping chocolate) 1. Mix margarine, sugar, and peanut butter until it is smooth and creamy. 2. Make into balls (about 2 tsp each). Refrigerate balls for 1 hour. 3. In top of a double boiler, melt wax and morsels (dipping chocolate). 4. Dip balls in the wax mix and put on waxed paper to cool. WASSAIL.TXT WASSAIL 2 qt sweet apple cider 2 cups orange juice 1 cup lemon juice 5 cups pineapple juice 1 cinnamon stick 1 tsp whole cloves 1. Combine ingredeients in a crock pot. Simmer until hot. 2. Serve Hot. Can be served directly from the crock pot. STUFDATE.TXT STUFFED DATES 3 cups powdered sugar, sifted 3 Tbs soft margarine orange juice pitted dates pecan or walnut halves 1. Cream the margarine and powdered sugar together. 2. Add enough orange juice to moisten (about 6 Tbs). 3. Fill pitted dates (cutting open if necessary) with mix and top with walnut or pecan half.
