APRFRUIT.TXT C-1 APRICOT FRUIT SALAD 2 3 oz boxes apricot jello 2/3 cup sugar 2/3 cup water 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple 2 sm jars apricot baby food pecans (otional) 1 can Eagle Brand milk 1 8 oz pk cream cheese 1. Combine jello, sugar, and water and bring to a boil. Let cool. 2. Add pineapple, baby food, and nuts. Mix into cooled jello. 3. Cream eagle brand and cream cheese until creamy smooth. 4. Fold cheese mix into jello mix. Put in a mold to set overnight. CRANSALD.TXT CHERRY CRANBERRY SALAD 1 package (6 ounces) cherry-flavored gelatin 1 cup sugar 1 1/2 cups boiling water 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained 3 cups fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped 1-1/2 cups diced apples 1 cup chopped celery 1 cup chopped walnuts 1. In a large bowl, combine gelatin and sugar. Add water, stir until gelatin and sugar are dissolved. 2. Stir in pineapple, cranberries, apples, celery, and walnuts. 3. Pour into a 2qt serving bowl. Chill until firm, 3-4 hours. Yield: 12-16 servings.
