MEXSALAD.TXT C-5 MEXICAN SALAD 1 head lettuce, broken for salad 2 tomatoes, cut up 1 chopped onion 1 lb ground meat browned and well 1 can pinto or ranch style drained beans, drained 8 oz grated cheddar cheese 1 bag fritos or doritos 1 jar picante sauce 1. Mix lettuce, tomatoes, onion, meat, beans, cheese. 2. Crush chips into small pieces and add just prior to serving. 3. Serve with picante sauce. ORNGFLUF.TXT ORANGE FLUFFY STUFF 1 16 oz carton cottage cheese 1 3 oz box orange jello 1 8 oz carton Cool Whip 1 can mandarin oranges 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple 1. Mix cottage cheese and dry jello. 2. Drain fruits well and add to cottage cheese mix. 3. Fold in cool whip. Store in Refrigerator. WATERGAT.TXT WATERGATE SALAD 20 oz can crushed pineapple 3 oz pk dry pistachio pudding mix 16 oz carton cool whip 8 oz pk coconut (2 3/4 cups) 8 oz finely chopped pecans (2 cup) 10 oz bag minature marshmallows 1. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate.
