In a skillet, cook bacon until browned. 2. Add rice and optional ingredients. Sprinkle with soy sauce to taste. 3. Cook until hot, stirring constantly. 4. Pile up rice in center of the skillet and break eggs into the rice, stirring constantly until eggs are cooked. FRYRICE.TXT FRIED RICE 6 tbsp oil 3 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup chopped opnion dash of salt 1 5oz can bamboo shoots, drained 1/4 lb mushrooms, sliced and slivered 6 cups cold cooked rice 1 Tbs soy sauce 1. In a skillet, heat oil. Add onion, bamboo shoots, and mushrooms. Saute until tender. 2. Add rice, salt, and soy sauce. Stir until heated through. 3. Add eggs, stirring constantly until egg is cooked. Serves 6. CPCHIKN2.TXT CROCK POT CHICKEN AND GRAVY 1 cut up fryer (about 3 lb) 1 can mushroom soup 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix 1/2 cup water 1. Wash the chicken, pat dry with paper towel, and put in crock pot. 2. Mix the mushroom soup, water, and onion soup and pour over the chicken. 3. Cook on low for 8 hours.
