BEEFBROC.TXT D-3 BEEF AND BROCCOLI Prep Time: 10 min Cook Time: 20 min 3/4 lb boneless beef sirloin or top round steak (3/4 inch thick) 2 Tbs vegetable oil 2 cups broccoli flowerets 1 medium onion, cut into wedges 1/8 tsp garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced 1 can (10.75 oz) Campbell's Cream of Broccoli soup 1/4 cup water 1 Tbs soy sauce 1. Slice beef across the grain into strips. 2. In skillet, in 1 Tbs hot oil, cook beef until browned, stirring often. Remove. 3. In remaining 1 Tbs hot oil, cook broccoli and onion with garlic powder until tender-crisp, stirring often. 4. Add soup, water, and soy. Heat to boiling. Return beef to skillet. Heat through, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice. Serves 4 BRKPIZZA.TXT BREAKFAST PIZZA 1 lb pork sausage 1 pk (8 oz) refrigerated crescent 1 cup hash brown potatoes rolls thawed 1 cup shredded cheddar, swiss, or 5 eggs monterrey jack cheese 1/4 cup milk 1/2 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper 2 Tbs grated parmesan cheese 1. Brown sausage and drain well. 2. Place crescents flat on a 12" pizza pan, points to the center. Press over bottom and up sides to form crust, sealing the perforations. 3. Spread sausage ofer crust, sprinkle with potatoes, then sprrinkle with cheese. 4. Beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together and poure over cheese. 5. Sprinkle with parmesan. 6. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 25 - 30 minutes.
