CBURGPIE.TXT D-6 CHEESEBURGER PIE 1 pound ground chuck 2 Tbs catsup 1 large onion, choppped 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese 1 1/2 cup frozen hash brown 1 1/2 cup milk potatoes 3/4 cup dry biscuit mix (Bisquick) 3 eggs 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Brown meat, onion, salt, and pepper until meat loses pink color. Drain off fat and liquid. 3. Stir in hash browns and catsup, then transfer mix to a greased 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle cheese on top. 4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and biscuit mix (batter will be lumpy). Pour over the meat/cheese mix. 5. Bake about 30 minutes, until batter is set. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. CHEECHIK.TXT CHEESY BAKED CHICKEN 4 boneless, skinless chicken 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs breast split and flattened Oregano or Italian seasoning 4 slices Provolone cheese Butter or margarine Parsley flakes 1. Press chicken pieces into bread crumbs and then place in a greased baking dish. 2. Sprinkle lightly with italian seasoning (or oregano). 3. Cover each piece with a slice of cheese, a pinch of parsley flakes, and a dot of butter. 4. Bake in a 425 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
