G-26 SFSBERYD.TXT SUGAR FREE STRAWBERRY DELIGHT 2 cups graham cracker crumbs 3/4 cup butter/margarine, melted 3/4 cup Equal Spoonful, divided 1 8 oz pk cream cheese 1 8 oz pk Cool Whip 2 3 oz pk strawberry jello 2 cups water, boiling 2 10 oz pk frozen sugar free strawberries 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix cracker crumbs, butter, and 1/4 cup Equal. Pat into a 9 X 13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes, and cool completely. 3. Mix cream cheese and 1/2 cup Equal until smooth and creamy, then stir in the cool whip. Spread over the crust. 4. Disolve the jello in the water, stir in the strawberries, allowing the mix to thicken slightly. Pour over the cream cheese layer. 5. Chill and cut in squares. Serve chilled. SFBKAPPL.TXT SUGAR FREE BAKED APPLES 4 or 5 small cooking apples, 4 packets EQUAL (Rome or Granny Smith) 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 cup water 1 Tbs lemon juice 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Wash and core apples, cut 1 small slice from top and bottom of the apples. 3. Place apples in small baking dish. 4. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over apples. 5. Bake for about 45 minutes or until tender, basting with liquid from dish every 15 minutes. (I turn them over about halfway through.)
