APPLRAIS.TXT PORK CHOPS WITH APPLE RAISIN DRESSING 4 pork chops 4 cups Pepperidge Farm Herb 1 cup unsweetened applesauce Seasoned Stuffing (8 oz = 3 cups) 2 Tbs margarine, melted 1/2 cup water (or more if needed) 2 Tbs raisins 1/2 cup chopped celery paprika salt and pepper to taste 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Mix applesauce, water, margarine, celery, raisins, stuffing, and salt and pepper. Spoon into a 2 qt baking dish. 3. Cut most of the fat off of the chops. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and lay on top of the dressing. Sprinkle with paprika. 4. Bake 35 minutes until chops are done.
