COOKBARS.TXT COOKIE BARS 2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/2 cup margarine, melted 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1/3 cup flour 1 egg 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1/2 tsp ground cloves 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans 1/2 cup raisins (or chocolate chips) 1. Combine graham cracker crumbs with margarine, press into bottom of a 9 X 13 baking dish. 2. Mix milk, flour, egg, cinnamon, vanilla, ginger, and cloves. Fold in raisins (choc chips) and nuts. spread oper the graham cracker crust. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool completely and cut into bars. Optional: dust with powdered sugar or swizzle a glaze on them before they are cut.
