FROST7.TXT 7 MINUTE FROSTING 1 1/2 cups sugar 1/2 cup water 2 egg whites 1 TBS light corn syrup (KARO) dash of salt 1 tsp vanilla 1. Mix sugar, water, egg white, corn syrup, and salt in top of double boiler (off of heat) beat about 1 minute to blend. 2. Place over the boiling water and beat constantly with electric mixer until frosting stands in stiff peaks - about 7 minutes. 3. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Beat until thick enough to spread - about 1 minute.
