FRYRICE.TXT FRIED RICE 6 tbsp oil 3 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup chopped opnion dash of salt 1 5oz can bamboo shoots, drained 1/4 lb mushrooms, sliced and slivered 6 cups cold cooked rice 1 Tbs soy sauce 1. In a skillet, heat oil. Add onion, bamboo shoots, and mushrooms. Saute until tender. 2. Add rice, salt, and soy sauce. Stir until heated through. 3. Add eggs, stirring constantly until egg is cooked. Serves 6.
