TEXTATER.TXT TEXAS POTATO CASSEROLE 1 8 oz jar cheese whiz 1 8 oz jar jalapeno cheese whiz 1 can mushroom soup 1 16 oz pk sour cream 1 stick margarine, melted 1 32 oz pk frozen hash browns 1. Mix cheese whiz, jalapeno cheese whiz, soup, sour cream and margarine until creamy and blended. 2. Add potatoes and mix well. 3. Spray a 9 X 13 Inch baking pan with PAM, spread potato mix in pan. 4. Bake for 1 hour in a 350 degree oven.
