BLKBEANS.TXT BLACK BEAN SOUP 3 15 oz cans black beans with 1 cup chicken stock liquid 2 tsp chili powder 1/4 cup plain yogurt 1 pk baked tortilla chips 1. In a blender, puree 2 cans of beans with liquid. Pour into a pot. 2. Add the 3rd can of beans with liquid, chicken stock, and chili powder. Simmer and stir for 5 - 10 minutes. 3. Ladle into bowls and in each bowl, stir in 1 tbs yogurt, top with crubmled tortilla chips, and serve. Note: Chips may be omitted and beans served over rice.
