CINCANDY.TXT HARD CINNAMON CANDY (Leigha) 1 1/2 cup light corn syrup 3 3/4 cup sugar 1 tsp cinnamon liquid red food coloring confectioners sugar 1 cup water 1. Heat corn syrup, sugar, and water until sugar disolves completely. 2. Boil syrup mix until it reaches the hard crack stage (310 on candy thermometer) DO NOT STIR. 3. Stir in cinnamon and food coloring. 4. Pour into a 12 X 24 inch foil lined pan sprinkled with confectioners sugar. 5. Break into pieces when cool.
