HOTFRUIT.TXT HOT FRUIT SALAD 1 can sliced peaches, drained 1 can apricots, drained 1 can fruit coctail, drained 2 cups sliced, unpeeled raw apple reserving the juice 1 can pineapple chunks, drained 1 can dark cherries, drained prunes and sliced almonds to taste 1 stick margarine, melted 1 cup light brown sugar 3 Tbs cornstarch 1/4 tsp cinnamon 2 tsp nutmeg 1. In a 9X13 baking dish, place, in order: peaches apricots fruit cocktail apple pineapple cherries prunes almonds 2. In a bowl, mix oleo, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, and juice from the fruit cocktail, Spoon over the fruit. 3. Bake for 1 hour in a 350 degree oven. Serve hot.
