LTCHICKN.TXT LEMON TERIYAKI CHICKEN (Sherry) 4 split chicken breasts, 6 1/2 cup lemon juice boneless skinless breast 1/2 cup soy sauce halves, or 8 thighs 1/4 cup sugar 3 Tbs brown sugar 4 cloves garlic, minced 3/4 tsp ground ginger 1. In a skillet, mix the lemon juice, soy sauce, sugars, garlic, and ginger. Cook over medium heat 3 - 4 minutes. 2. Add the chicken, simmer for 30 minutes or until done.
