SAMONPAT.TXT QUICK SALMON PATTIES 1 15 - 16 oz can pink salmon 1/2 cup flour 1/3 cup onion, choppped fine 1 egg 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1. Drain salmon, reserving 2 tablespoons of the liquid. 2. In a medium mixing bowl, mix salmon, egg, and onion until sticky. Stir in the flour. 3. Add baking powder to reserved liquid, then stir mix into salmon mix. 4. Form into patties and fry in hot oil about 5 minutes, until golden brown. Serve with tartar sauce or Ceasar salad dressing.
