TACORICE.TXT TACO RICE CASSEROLE 1 pound ground chuck 2 cups cooked rice 1 lg can stewed tomatoes 1 pk taco seasoning mix 1 16 oz can pinto beans 1/2 cup shredded monterrey jack with juice 1/2 cup shredded cheddar 1. Brown meat, drain . 2. Add rice, tomatoes, beans, and taco seasoning. Mix together. 3. Pour into casserole dish. 4. Mix cheese together, sprinkle over top of casserole. 5. Bake at 350 degrees until hot, bubbly, and cheese is melted.
